The desktop tracker

GrindLab Tracker: automatic hand import, HUD and session tracking. Chapter still being written.

GrindLab Tracker is the desktop app that watches your hand history folder, imports your hands as you play and syncs them with your web account.

Chapter outline

To be completed:

• Installing: Windows and macOS, where to find the latest build, automatic updates
• Connecting your account and linking the tracker to the web app
• Configuring watched folders per room
• Import: first import of your existing history, then continuous tracking
• The HUD: stats at the table, positioning, per-room profiles
• Session tracking: current session, result, split into parties
• Syncing: what goes to the web, what stays local

Already written

• Tracker statistics: every row of the Statistics page, with what counts as an action, what counts as an opportunity, and the edge cases.

In the meantime

The tracker is available on the download page, which covers installation and basic setup. Everything else in this guide works without the tracker: it is an accelerator, not a prerequisite.
