Is GrindLab a GTO solver?

No, and that is a choice. GrindLab is an exploitation tool: it does not look for the balanced strategy, it looks for the most profitable answer against the range you assign to a specific opponent. See The Lab.

How does the equity calculation work?

Monte Carlo simulation: thousands of random runouts of your hand against the villain's range, then a count of wins, ties and losses. The maths is exact; the uncertainty sits in your range assumption. See The villain's range.

Does GrindLab work on mobile?

Yes, fully. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop, tablet and phone.

Is it free?

The Free plan is free, needs no credit card, and does not expire. It gives you preflop and flop equity, the Hand of the Day with all Grinder features unlocked on one spot, 5 ranges and your 6 recent analyses. The Grinder plan unlocks the rest. See Getting started.

Can I import my hand histories?

Yes, one hand at a time in the Lab by copy-paste, or in bulk in My Hands. The desktop tracker can also do it automatically. See Hand import.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your ranges, analyses and history belong to you and are not shared with third parties. Sharing only happens when you explicitly generate a link.

Which formats are supported?

All of Texas Hold'em: cash game, MTT, Sit & Go, Spin & Go.

Do I need the desktop tracker?

No. The tracker automates import and provides a HUD, but everything this guide describes works from the browser alone.
