My Hands

Your hand history library: bulk import, filters, tags, villain stats, full session replay and link sharing.

The Lab handles one hand. My Hands handles your volume: every hand you have played, imported in one place, filterable and replayable. This is a Grinder feature.

Importing your histories

Bulk import accepts your exports from Winamax, PokerStars, GGPoker, Unibet, PMU, Betclic and the other major rooms. You drop the files in, GrindLab parses and files them.

If you would rather stop thinking about it, the desktop tracker watches your hand history folder and imports as you play.

Filtering to find things

A 200,000-hand library is useless without filters. You can combine:

  • room and format (cash, MTT)
  • positions
  • blind level
  • hand result
  • your tags and favorites

GrindLab My Hands, filterable library of imported hand histories

The useful habit: filter on one position and one specific spot rather than scrolling. "Every big blind defense against a button open at NL25" is a question the page answers in two clicks, and that kind of view is what makes a leak visible.

Villain stats

Each opponent carries their statistics: VPIP, PFR, 3-bet. Enough to put their tendencies in context before assigning them a range in the Lab, instead of starting from a hunch.

Replaying and sharing a session

This is the heart of the page. You replay a full cash session or an entire tournament, hand by hand, exactly as it happened.

GrindLab session replayer, replay a full session and share it via a link

More importantly, you share the whole thing through a single link. Your coach or study group opens the replay in their browser, no account, no install. Any hand in the replay then opens in the Lab in one click.

This is GrindLab's coaching tool. A shared session beats a screenshot of three hands pulled out of context.

Into the Lab

From any hand in the list, one click opens it in the Lab pre-filled: board, actions, stacks, positions. This is the trip you will make most often.

On the Free plan

The Free plan keeps the Hand of the Day, fully analyzable every day. The complete library, session replays and sharing are Grinder features.
